Nikki is the 2011-2012 Margolis & Bloom estate planning fellow. The fellowship is a one-year work-training program for recent law school graduates that offers them the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fields of estate planning, elder law and special needs planning by working closely with the firm’s attorneys and clients.
Nikki earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law in 2011; her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2010; and her B.S. in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University in 2007. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As a law student, Nikki served as Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review; volunteered as a Student Ambassador; and worked as a Clinical Intern at the Appellate Tax Board in Boston.
Nikki is a member of the BBA Trusts & Estates Tax Law Updates Committee; the Boston Estate Planning Counsel, the Trusts and Estates Consortium and the Women’s Bar Association. She also contributes to the BBA Trusts & Estates Section Blog, of which you can access one of her summaries here.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys tutoring mathematics, practicing yoga, kayaking and running.
