Margolis & Bloom's Law School for Social Workers Program is geared specifically towards social workers who work with older adults and persons with disabilities and provides an opportunity to learn about a variety of legal topics, including:
- Asset limits
- Transfer rules
- Home and Community Based Waiver
- Community Choices
- Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
