Katharine M. Brite

Katharine joined Margolis & Bloom as an Associate in 2018. She represents clients in matters involving estate planning, long-term care planning, special needs planning, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and probate administration.
Prior to joining Margolis & Bloom, Katharine spent seven years as a Paralegal at Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C., where she specialized in U.S. patent prosecution. Katharine is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Katharine earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was a managing editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. She received a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
When she is not practicing law, Katharine enjoys dog sitting, reading, and barre.
