Eugenia Andrade
Eugenia is our senior paralegal and office manager. She has been with Margolis & Bloom for 12 years, having started working with the firm as a summer intern in 1999. Eugenia works with clients in all areas of our practice, and also manages most of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Outside the office, Eugenia stays very busy with her baby boy, Markos. They can usually be found on the soccer fields as her husband is a college coach.

Judith Carnes
Judy is the first voice you hear when you call Margolis & Bloom, and she is also the first person you see when you walk in our front door. Always available to listen to our clients, she will put you in touch with the best person to help you and your loved ones.

Ellen M. Chambers
Ellen has joined the firm of Margolis & Bloom, LLP, as a Special Education Advocate. She is a highly respected speaker and author on special education rights, and she is widely considered to be one of the top special education advocates in the state.
She is a recipient of the Massachusetts Lawyer’s Weekly Women of Justice Award, and the Diane Lipton Award for Outstanding Educational Advocacy on Behalf of Students with Disabilities.

Julie Dyer
Julie has been working at Margolis & Bloom since 2004, first as an administrative assistant and now as a paralegal specializing in MassHealth applications and appeals.

Susan works as an administrative assistant here at Margolis & Bloom. When Susan is not at work she enjoys time with her family, and long hikes with her dog, Bruschi.
