Patricia C. D’Agostino is a Senior Associate at Margolis & Bloom, LLP, practicing in the following areas: estate and long-term care planning, MassHealth applications and appeals, planning for children with special needs, settlement planning, guardianship and conservatorship, and probate administration.
Patricia has developed a specialized practice in the area of advising clients how to supplement the cost of care at home or in an assisted living facility through the use of a myriad of MassHealth, Veterans, and low-income programs.
She was selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and the Massachusetts Bar Association as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" in 2011.
Patricia is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, USA 500, as well as the Boston Bar Association and the Greater Boston Fiduciary American Inn of Court.
Patricia regularly does community outreach by educating members of local cities and towns about financial assistance available to low-income seniors for the cost of care at home or in an assisted living facility. She also speaks annually on a panel for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc.
Patricia received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a dean’s list student. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Suffolk University, with a major in political science and a minor in economics.
When Patricia is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her young family and is a dedicated crossfitter.
