Paralegal/Trust Administrator 

Margolis & Bloom seeks an experienced paralegal/trust administrator for our Wellesley office. Applicant with elder law experience is a plus. Duties include client management and communication, drafting guardianship, conservatorship and probate pleadings, drafting estate planning documents, and  trust administration.

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a self-motivated person who possesses strong word processing, computer, organizational, and excellent communication skills to support our busy estate planning and elder law firm.  We are team oriented and work to provide excellent, compassionate and practical representation for our clients. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Duties include drafting and mailing documents, scheduling meetings, scanning, fielding and answering calls and supporting attorneys in all aspects of their practice. 2-3 years experiences is preferred.
